At Anmol Mlabis, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website and social media platforms within Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
1. Damaged or Defective Product
You may request a return or exchange if the product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
2. Incorrect Item Delivered
You are eligible if you receive a different design or product than what was ordered.
3. Missing Item
You may report if any item mentioned in your confirmed order is missing at the time of delivery.
All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Slight color variation due to lighting or screen display

Fabric texture expectations differing from personal preference

Product used, washed, or altered in any way
All products must remain unused, unstitched, and in original packaging.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email within 3 days.

Share your order number and clear images of the issue.

Wait for approval confirmation from our team before sending the product.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
1. Refund Approval
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
2. Refund Method
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if the product is returned damaged due to customer mishandling.
5. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges will be processed based on stock availability. If the requested design is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund as per policy.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the situation.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
